Our trailer is 24ft long and it accommodates 16 players pleasantly.

You can reserve through our website or you can email us, all you would need is a valid debit/credit card to make your reservation.

Yes, in order to save your date & time we require a deposit of $100.00. The remaining balance is due before your party starts. If you are reserving for a party for within a week of that date, we do require a full payment at the time of reservation. 

We will be arriving 30 minutes before party starts. This will allow us to finish our set up, to start at your designated time. 

We can park in front of your house or in your driveway as long as it's not on a hill. We will need approximately 40 to 50 feet of space for parking. 

Gaming on Wheels has its own generator that provides power to all of the gaming trailer and our gaming systems. Therefore, we will not need to use your power. 

Gaming on Wheels provides and awesome environment, rain or shine. Nonetheless we understand that emergencies can happen. Cancellation made 14 days or more prior to the event will receive 100 % refund. Cancellation made within a week or less before your event 50 % of your full party amount will be irrevocable.   

Players 5 years or younger will require to have at least one parent or guardian for supervision.

Gaming on Wheels is fully insulated with climate controlled air conditioning. Therefore, our gamers will always keep cool inside our trailer. Rain will not ruin the fun for our players. In the circumstances of a severe weather change (high winds, lighting, hurricane, tropical storm or heavy rain) we do reserve the rights to reschedule your event.

Due to the high volume of electronics in our trailer, food , drink , nor gum will be permitted inside our trailer.
